Privacy policy.
The short version
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not follow you to other websites. There are no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We collect exactly what you type into the quote form, and we use it to quote your job and talk to you about it. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the quote form on this site: your first and last name, email address, phone number, property address, city, ZIP code, the service you selected, and your message. Phone and address are optional; the form works without them.
We do not ask for and have no use for payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or date of birth. Please do not send them through the form.
Where it goes
The quote form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form service. Your submission passes through their systems on its way to our inbox, and is subject to their handling practices as well as this policy. From there it lands in the JRG Creations email account and stays there.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard web request data such as IP address to serve pages and block abuse. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google can see your IP address when the page loads. We do not control that and we would rather you knew it than not.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it with nobody except as described above, or where the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. It uses one item of session storage, named jrgCurtainSeen, so the opening logo animation does not replay every time you click to another page. It contains the value "1", nothing else, and your browser discards it when you close the tab. It is not used to identify or track you.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email so we have a record of what was asked for and what was quoted. If you would like yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email or call using the details below. There is no charge, and we will not make you jump through hoops, though we may ask a question or two to confirm you are the person the information belongs to.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Your quote request travels encrypted. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried.
