AI disclosure.

The short version

This website was built with substantial help from artificial intelligence, and some of the images on it are AI-generated rather than photographs. We would rather say so plainly than let you assume otherwise. The landscaping is done by people with shovels.

How the site was built

The site was designed, written and coded by Sun Coast Digital using AI tools, then reviewed and published by a person. The layout, the code, and the first drafts of most page copy were AI-produced. Business facts, service descriptions and pricing policy came from JRG Creations and were checked before publication.

Which images are photographs

These are real photographs of real work and real people:

  • The crew photograph on the About page and the Our Work page
  • Every job photograph on the Our Work page: the front bed, the walkway and rock beds, the turf putting green, and the hedge line
  • The “before” photograph on the Our Work page
  • The photograph of the work truck and trailer

These are AI-generated or AI-rendered:

  • The homepage header image
  • The image of two crew members walking across a lawn
  • The five service images on the Services page
  • The background image on the About page header
  • Anything captioned “concept render”. These are design proposals produced for client properties, showing a planting plan rather than finished work.

We are replacing the AI service imagery with photographs of actual jobs as they are taken. Until then, the list above is accurate and this page will be updated when it changes.

Reviews and testimonials are not AI

Every review and recommendation on this site was written by a real customer. Google reviews are quoted as written and attributed by name; the Facebook recommendations in the "Before Boca" section were posted publicly by neighbors about Jack Ganoe's earlier business. Nothing has been invented, reworded to change its meaning, or attributed to a company other than the one the writer named. Two quotes are shortened, and the omissions are marked with an ellipsis.

AI is not used on your data

Quote requests are read by a person. We do not feed your submission into an AI system to make decisions about you, and there is no chatbot, automated screening, or automated pricing on this site.

Why this page exists

Disclosure rules for AI-generated marketing content are moving quickly, and plenty of businesses are quietly passing off generated imagery as their portfolio. We would rather be straightforward about which pictures are real, so that when you look at the Recent Work section you know you are looking at yards this crew actually finished.
